Perfect location to Montmartre, Boulevard Haussmann, Musée D’Orsay, the Seine—walkable to everything, cafes nearby, a market, along with being clean, quiet, helpful, friendly, and patient!

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
Exceptional location. All the main tourist attractions are walkable. But having said that it was very quiet (for the centre of a major city).

Nicely priced modernized hotel convenient to Opera, bistros, and shopping

The hotel is on a quiet side street and is modern, bright, and light with larger rooms than some other moderately priced Paris hotels. Excellent breakfast buffet, helpful and pleasant front desk staff who speak English, good location for visiting the Opera Garnier and the major department stores. 3 nice restaurants/bistros for lunch and dinner and a pastry store all within one block of the hotel. Small fridge in room and ice available at the lobby bar.

Terrible experience. When we arrived the hotel website says safe in room- not true. We were informed the key had gone missing so we had to take our valuables with us. Also someone used the washroom and didn’t flush (#2) which meant the room was not cleaned. Stains on carpets and there was a bug on our bed when we came back from dinner. We called the front desk but they said we had to wait until the next night to speak to a manager. We left the hotel and are still fighting with the hotel for a refund. Worst experience at a hotel we have ever had.

Always valid

My wife and I returned 10 years later accompanied by a copy of satisfied friends. The property is in a central location and at the same time in a quiet street. Clean room small but livable equipped with minibar and coffee maker
Breakfast well assorted and good value for money
