The Perfect, Romantic, Boutique Paris Hotel!

My wife and I visited Paris for 5 nights in August of 2026 to celebrate our anniversary. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations.
The Hotel De Buci is an absolutely charming, small hotel in the 6th arrondissement (which itself is one of the most charming and romantic districts in the city). The hotel is in an old and historic (but perfectly restored) building. Our room (#21) had a charming view, looking out onto the street - but was perfectly quiet due to the double paned windows. There were also remotely controlled blackout curtains that kept the room completely dark at night.
The staff was superb. Especially notable was Sanjay, the chief concierge. He was incredibly helpful at every turn, with fantastic recommendations for activities and dining as well as assistance with any questions or concerns that arose. Alex was also very nice at the front desk, as was the kind man who helped us with our luggage the last day when the elevator was temporarily out of service.
Breakfast was unbeatable...a large assortment of fruits (both dried and fresh), cheeses, eggs, superb breads, and pastries, etc.
The location of Hotel de Buci can literally not be beat. We were within walking distance to Notre Dam, Luxembourg Gardens, and a myriad of small, incredibly charming cafes. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to two major metro stops as well, which made navigating the city a breeze.
We had a marvelous time and cannot praise Hotel De Buci highly enough. Thank you and we hope to return in the future when we again visit Paris.
PS. The only (mild!) disappointment was that nobody acknowledged our anniversary (the reason we chose your exquisite hotel!).

Must-Stay

My husband and I planned a last-minute trip to Paris and found Hôtel de Buci by chance, and I’m so glad we did. We were immediately drawn to the hotel’s beautiful Parisian design, charming rooms, and central location. The sauna and pool were an unexpected highlight and such a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of exploring Paris.
Above all, the staff at Hôtel de Buci were among the most warm and hospitable I’ve encountered in my travels. Sanjay at the concierge, in particular, went above and beyond and made our time in Paris truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful for the wonderful experience and plan to stay here again in the near future.

Beautiful Parisian Stay in the Heart of St. Germaine

Perfect location. The atmosphere was classy and well thought out. Rooms were decorated with great detail (the wallpaper was made out of beautiful fabric for example). Communal coffee served every day. Rooms were cozy and on the smaller side but that’s because of the older building conversion and Parisian style (this did not deter from our stay whatsoever, we were out and about every day within Paris anyway). Hospitality and service was high class and top. The spa room / indoor pool were extremely relaxing as well. Sanjay and his team were all so kind and helpful, and made our stay so special. Unreasonable hospitality to the max. Thank you Sanjay and team. We will be staying here again next time we are in Paris. See you soon.

Great boutique hotel

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city and walkable to so many places. We had a great time thanks to our concierge, Sanjay, who knows the city inside and out and was infinitely helpful with everything inside and outside the hotel. Beautiful traditional style rooms that were very well kept. Overall a great trip and great place to come back to after a long day of walking.

Excellent stay. Don’t look elsewhere. This is the place!

Excellent stay! I highly recommend Hotel De Buci. Not only was the location perfect with tons of restaurants and shops, the staff was outstanding. Unfortunately, our group of three friends (celebrating a 60th birthday) mixed up some reservations at a champagne house. We thought we were going to be out the money and miss the entire experience. The concierge, Sanjay, called and helped us sort the situation and saved our day. He also had recommendations for champagne bars and chocolate shops that didn’t disappoint! Alex, at reception, was also fantastic and helped us with some great recommendations, especially for a bar with a view. I had an issue with my room and without hesitation, he switched it immediately. Very impressive service! Mohammed was very personable and greeted us daily with some great conversation and a smile. The breakfast had great offerings and the delicious coffee was a great way to start the day. I know this is a small compliment in the big picture for the hotel but we loved the water station! For whatever reason, we found getting water in restaurants difficult and not plentiful. It was a HOT week! The water station at the hotel was a huge plus for our group and we would have been at a loss without it. Without hesitation, we would stay here again and would highly recommend!
