Lovely hotel situated very close to the town centre.
The room was modern and comfortable. Excellent pillows.Great shower and bathroom. Staff very helpful

Perfect stay, very good hotel

We were very happy and surprised by the upgrade we got to a suite room. The room was beautiful, spacious, with a separate sitting room and a bathroom with a large bathtub. An extra thumbs up for the hotel.
Fine beds, maybe a little hard for some. The room is really dead silent at night, through the double windows and shutters. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
The parking was well arranged, in its own garage, but at the weekend it was crowded, with risk of being enclosed. The breakfast buffet was very well catered for, lots of choice of savoury and sweet fillings, drinks, cereals, fruit, salad, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, lots of cakes and other sweet bakes, great coffee. And for a really very reasonable price.
The hotel has a lounge where guests can sit and have a drink, but also a separate games room with various games, a table football, even a synthesizer, books, enough to relax.
From the hotel you can walk into the center in 5 minutes and even closer is a shopping center. There are a number of eateries directly nearby but they are more kebab shops, sandwich shops and such places. For a more real restaurant you have to go downtown, where there are not easy opportunities to have a drink. In the evenings we did not go outside, for us the environment felt just too unsafe.
We had dinner one evening in the hotel-restaurant. A good kitchen, quality food was fine, but the menu is not very extensive. However, there is a daily menu on weekdays which is placed at the desk every day after lunch so that guests can view it.
The wifi was very weak in our room (in the sleeping area nothing even) but this has been reported to the reception and here the technical service would be put on so was probably a snapshot.
We will definitely book again on a next visit here

Well run, scrupulously clean and well deserving of 4 stars

Arriving by bike there is a large secure underground garage with easy to access charging points. The entrance areas are spacious, clean and very attractive. When we arrived a large coach party was just checking yet the efficient reception team dealt with them quickly and we were in our room very quickly. The room was a delight with a spacious bathroom with big bath, separate loo. The sleeping area has a huge bed with lots of room around it. Triple glazing meant it was whisper quiet. Dinner that night was very busy due to multiple coach parties yet we were served quickly and by very friendly staff. I mention all this because other reviews commented unfavourably on these aspects but it 100% wasn’t our experience. It’s a lovely well run four star hotel well deserving of its rating and I’d definitely stay here again.

We love this place. It is a perfect stopover on the drive from Umbria to the UK. Very friendly to people and dogs. Secure parking and a restaurant

Best hotel ever!

Really one of the nicest hotels we have stayed! Clean .. renovated .. the staff very helpful and willing to help us in whatever we ask for ! Really worth a visit!!
