Disgustino experience
Unfortunately, our stay was very different from what we expected based on the listing. The house was extremely dirty, with dust and dirt everywhere, to the point that we were very uncomfortable during the night and barely managed to sleep. The refrigerator was full of old/expired food, leaving almost no space even for a bottle of water. The stove, dishes, and other parts of the kitchen were also dirty, and there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the property.
Several amenities advertised in the listing were either completely missing or did not match the description, including towels, minibar, and air conditioning.
The experience started badly even before we arrived. The address provided did not correctly lead us to the property on Google Maps, so we called the owner and simply asked him to share the location via WhatsApp or meet us on the main road. Instead of helping, he was rude and aggressive, insisting that the problem was ours and even telling us that we were incapable of finding a house.
The most serious issue, however, was the lack of basic cleanliness. When you pay for accommodation, you should at least be able to expect minimum hygiene standards.
We documented everything with photographs and reported the situation to customer service. We were offered only €10 in compensation, which we consider completely disproportionate to having spent a night in these conditions.
I would not recommend this property and would definitely never stay here again.
