Great discovery

Very good welcome, very clean hotel, simple and very good food,
We were on half board, top-notch breakfast in a large airy room or on the terrace. Nice pool, shaded grounds. I recommend it and we will return.

Just PERFECT.

A top-notch stay, everything is perfect!
Kindness of the staff, the clean and large room, the pool, the setting, the breakfast, a large parking lot, and all this just a stone's throw from the center of Joyeuse.
We will definitely be back!

Disappointing and expensive

Location easy to find, huge open parking lot with two charging stations (one of which doesn't work - 500m from the stations available in the village). The hotel entrance hallway is not welcoming at all, however, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Regarding the rooms: they do not correspond to the photos, in terms of hygiene and comfort. We had ant nests in the closets, a smell of cigarettes, a moldy and stinking shower curtain, the only room without cushions on the terrace chairs or a table, and it looked like it was also used as a storage room for radiators, etc. During the cleaning while we were out the day after our arrival, the windows were left wide open, so in the evening it was hot, with many mosquitoes and ants. The room phone didn't work either, I went to the front desk and after an hour of waiting we went back to the room: the ants were still there and no cleaning had been done. The pool was nothing special, we didn't have the courage to try the restaurant.
155€ a night is not worth it.

Leave of absence

We stayed 7 nights at the hotel and had a good time there. The accommodation was top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

very good establishment - Good Welcoming - Good organization - Top catering
only problem we had asked for showers in the rooms at the reservation and we only had bathtubs -
