Wonderful Experience
Great location - our suite was on the first floor with stunning views, overlooking River Yonne. The room and bathroom were excellent - a great harmony of modern and traditional. Each space in the hotel was done up beautifully, reflecting the heritage of the hotel. We were welcomed warmly by the front desk team, the check-in was efficient and quick, and we were escorted to our room. The property has an excellent Michelin restaurant with the owner as the Chef - we had a great dinner.
The breakfast was exceptional, the service exemplary. Will recommend the hotel strongly as a base to explore Chablis and North Burgundy.

Continues to be one of our favourites
Always good. Despite Jean-Michel Lorrain and his wife, Karine, having stepped back (a bit) they are still visible in the hotel. The food is always good. The rooms are comfortable. The situation of the hotel on the banks of the Yonne is beautiful.

Very pleasant step
We stayed only one night in a large room overlooking the Yonne with a beautiful terrace that must be nice in the sunny days (it rained non stop!)
Perfect bedding, superb bathroom with large bath + walk-in shower and welcome snack.
The only downside: poor soundproofing despite the double doors that deserve to be changed.
Unfortunately we did not take advantage of the SPA, not having thought about taking swimwear.
Dinner at the restaurant, whose reputation is well established, delighted us! We opted for the starter/dish/dessert à la carte formula with exceptional signature dishes. Special mention with lobster and sweetbread.
The charming sommelier perfectly advised us with a perfect Côte de Beaune!
