Nice little country hotel

We really liked this place a lot. Gated parking is available right outside at the front. As there’s no air-con it helped that we had the first cool weather for two months and some good rain. A standing fan was available in the room which was thoughtful but we didn’t need. Communication was great, check-in was easy and the room was a great size, well appointed with a small fridge and a kettle, a comfortable bed, good shower and good towels. We had a room at the back overlooking the garden which was very quiet and great for watching the rain. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. Highly recommended.

Following your Google responses:
We are sincerely surprised by the particularly aggressive and condescending tone of your response, which only confirms the lack of consideration we felt during our stay.
Contrary to what you say, our comment is not based on lies, but on a real, lived and particularly disappointing experience.
Regarding room service, we are fully aware of what a “relayer” in a hotel means. The problem raised is not that the room was maintained, but that personal effects, including kits, were moved without authorization. This is a clear invasion of privacy, regardless of your internal procedures.
Moreover, blaming customers by mentioning a “do not disturb” sign that is not very visible and ambiguous does not seem to us professional or admissible. Respect for the privacy of guests should be a priority, not an option conditioned on such an unclear device.
We also take note of your comment regarding our departure. Again, instead of trying to understand, you prefer to adopt an accusatory tone, which unfortunately reflects the general attitude found within your institution.
With regard to the room, the noise, the inadequate heating, as well as the surprising conditions related to access to communal showers, you do not answer any of these essential points. That silence speaks volumes.
Finally, the upgrade mentioned does not change the problems encountered, and certainly does not justify the way we have been treated.
Our opinion was only intended to inform future customers of our experience. Your answer, for its part, only confirms it.

Hotel very good

We stayed 3 days. Very good location. Very nice room large breakfast very decent. Despite proximity to the station no noise all the staff is very pro nice and helpful and congratulations to the chef as the restaurant is on top.

Hotel LaCour is a place to return to. Good hotel with a nice hostess.

We settled in Eygliers in June with a large group of motorcyclists of 58 riders in hotel La Coure for a week of riding pleasure. Very friendly welcome and everything was perfectly arranged. Celine is a great hostess who understands how it works with a large group. The bikes could all be parked behind a guarded fence. Rooms are fine and the food was very varied every day and really tasty. The prices of beer and wine are normal and certainly not too expensive. All in all a really good hotel in a beautiful driving environment. Have a nice week. Thanks Celine.
