Staff very friendly, basic and nice accommodation - great decor and within walking distance of parks.

great disney hotel, with one issue..

Its a nice standard hotel with a lovely entrance and cars theming. Staff inside the hotel were lovely and we had 0 issues.
The only issue with this hotel is that there is no AC, so expect the rooms to get very hot during heatwaves. There is a ceiling fan, and we found 2 extra fans in the room which helped somewhat, but we did find ourselves rushing out in the morning as the temperature was awful. I can only see this being an issue during heatwaves in Paris.
There is a starbucks, toilet facilities and a nice little gift shop inside just past reception, which I couldn't fault at all. The gift shop especially was well stocked and the staff in the shop were very helpful.
There is also a petrol station next to the hotel.

Hotel needs to bring the Disney magic back

The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance to the parks . The rooms are extremely hot and were very uncomfortable to sleep in.There is a ceiling fan and a tower fan but they only re circulate the hot air .Opening a window is not always possible .The room was fairly clean apart from the floor.Toiletries in the bathroom aren't replaced when you have used them and it is hard to contol the temperature in the shower ,either boiling hot or cold .Poor quality towels that have seen better days.Not all blocks have ice or vending machines and some blocks have stairs only with no lifts. Buffet breakfast was busy with long lines and not the best quality food or coffee. The hotel needs a good renovation to bring it up to scratch .Its a budget hotel so we got what we paid for but wouldn't stay there again .

It was okay for the price but NO A/C

The theming was spot on and we loved the characters interaction in the mornings. BUT… please note that this hotel does NOT have air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan. It was tough being there with record high temperatures. Also, it wasn’t the cleanest hotel. One of our paper cups had lipstick on it.

Overall good experience

The hotel is fine, although room maintenance is lacking. The water was difficult to regulate and there was a loose tile on the outside of the bathtub. Otherwise, even though we had a heat wave, we had an extra fan in the room and we managed just fine. The cleanliness was excellent, though. Breakfast is not what I expected, the coffee is horrible and the fresh fruit is not fresh at all, they give you something like an industrial fruit salad. The rest was just okay, the kids thought the Mickey-shaped waffles were fun. The hotel's atmosphere is very cool in general. And the friendliness of the staff is also worth noting.
