Disappointing

We stayed in room 17
From August 4 to 6. To start, the GPS took us right into a field, let's move on..
The parking lot is quite large
The first night was okay but the second was a disaster, mammoths were running in the rooms above at 10:30-10:45 PM. I had to go knock on the door to get some quiet when I mentioned it at breakfast!! The staff couldn't have cared less..
as for a smile, don't hold your breath
Breakfast at 4.5 for a hot drink and a pastry. Quite expensive
Let's not even talk about the Wi-Fi 00
The plus point is the pool
The rooms were clean but no fan as promised so quite hot.

Avoid

We arrived at the accommodation, very dirty, musty smell. Bathroom, mold everywhere, stains all over the carpet.
We had to leave the premises upon our arrival. We could not sleep in the room, we contacted the manager and he refused to refund us despite all the inconveniences to avoid.

Disappointed.

Friendly staff, but what a disappointment... this place is beautiful and unique but abandoned.
Certainly, it is not expensive, but what a shame!
There is certainly a reason for this lack of maintenance... but at least one can make up for it with the breakfast consisting of frozen and industrial breads and pastries; there are certainly bakeries nearby.
Yet this place has great potential to feel good... but right now, it feels gloomy

Very disappointed in addition they charge everything in advance

We knew this hotel well which was very well since we stopped there several times so it became a disaster we had booked the room evening meal and breakfast
Meals served at the table is finished the restaurant with white tablecloths they serve only jars that we were not told at the reservation the room not top then breakfast at 17 € per person the price of a menu of the day a disaster the frozen bread the crust that fell to bits and the buffet it was the pompom I do not attach the photos out of respect sorry for you you will have to review everything
The person who greeted us was very friendly she had nothing to do

Is not a hotel that wants / we left as soon as possible

Value for money not at all at the appointment (board level, but not hotel). Room with 3 (1 double bed and 1 single) comfortable size in the photos, we had a double room with a single bed... which made it difficult to open the bathroom door.
The decor seems to be redone in places, but it is cheap and the site in general gives the impression of a lack of maintenance, including exteriors. The corner of the pool (very pretty), is not at all as neat as one would have it (meli-melo of mismatched furniture that no one put away the day before). We thought we'd take a dip in it before we started again, but we turned around (plus, there was the vacuum cleaner and all its hoses working, while we were on schedule).
A warning document to customers (with spelling errors) is posted everywhere: it mocks (with spelling errors) each other's remarks (which in retrospect we understand...). Management would be well advised to ravage his mood. To simply believe that this approach is useful betrays a lack of professionalism and a lack of respect for the client, who, however painful, must feel king. Totally condescending, distasteful and inappropriate because he only has the right to keep quiet. Otherwise, change your profession!
Noisy rooms. Comfortable beds, but are skeptical about bedding: only a sheet separated us from a duvet without cover, proof that it serves as is to all guests -> risking contact with this textile of unknown cleanliness, we did not feel well in the room / in the bed.
We could have accommodated this level of quality if the gap between promises, expectations and reality had not been as great... and at this price (incidentally paid 25% more than the high fork displayed in the room), really, no! I really don't remember much, leaving as soon as I wake up.
