Superb

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Julie, the manager of the premises who knew how to meet our expectations.
All the staff are also very attentive, with discretion at the spa, restaurant, and breakfast.
The place is authentic, a magnificent castle. Thank you!

The hotel promised a lot but our room was tired and old fashioned .The room really needed an upgrade . The shower over the bath was not great and the tap on the washbasin was set so close under the a shelf it was almost unusable.
The dining room however was beautiful. The staff were excellent and really knowledgeable

Lovely hotel

We stayed here two nights whilst driving through France on our way to Spain. Typical French hotel. We did find the noises from neighbouring rooms especially above our room - a bit noisy. The breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and quality food buffet. We managed to sit outdoors but there are only two tables on the deck. That’s a pity. The whole place is slightly tired and grubby but very charming. The swimming pool is small and surprisingly cold but super clean. There was a slight drains type smell by the pool - and no shade easily found there on a very hot day. We would definitely stay here again if we are in this area. The dinner in the evening was well worth the price- just beautifully cooked and presented food. The staff were friendly and do polite and so helpful for us with speaking English a bit.

We are, however, surprised by your comment regarding the terrace: behind the Château, we have a large terrace that can accommodate around 40 people. The two tables you refer to may be the ones located near the breakfast room. We apologise if this information was not communicated to you during your stay.

A nice surprise!

We ended up at the Château des Reynats by chance. What a nice surprise!
We particularly enjoyed the duo treatment at the spa; the welcome and the quality of the massage won us over.
We had lunch there one afternoon; the octopus was excellent and the desserts were a treat!
Finally, the team is smiling, available, and pleasant.
A positive experience; we will gladly return to rest in this beautiful place!
