Great stay in

Great location to reach the center and the beach on foot. Possibility of guarded parking inside. Simple but comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was very kind, helpful and nice.

The size of the apartment is decent, it's equipped with a few things (kettle, microwave, stove, fridge,vacuum cleaner, cutlery, pots and a few plates). The air conditioning is old and not strong enough for August heat, unfortunately. There's only one unit for the whole apartment which would be all right if it worked properly. Make sure you check for shower gel, soap, tea and coffee, as well as the TV remote in case you need it. If you don't find them, ask for them. The parking lot is really tight, but it is closed and safe. It's a good place for visiting Cannes for a longer stay, we were just in transit. The director/receptionist who checked us out was very kind.

The only positive thing is the proximity to the Croisette

We arrive at the structure and the Welcoming was not pleasant, we almost disturbed the gentleman who seemed to have happened there x case, he was eating and after a couple of hours he cooked the chicken!!
In the evening we went out with the car, 50 euros deposit x opened the gate.
The room was on the Third party floor, no elevator and no balcony, smelled old.
The cabinet was a metal locker.
At least there was a kettle in the room.
The bathroom was with shower, this ramshackle that remained in my hand and broken toilet chair; the worst? the bathroom door was glass, transparent, so you could see everything!!
Privacy zero!
The structure as a whole is poorly maintained and dilapidated, the carpet of the stairs dirty and worn. We were served 'breakfast' in the garden: x two people 3 croissants and two pieces of baguette with jam and butter, coffee and juice.
In the morning if nothing else the gentleman on duty at the reception was definitely more nice and helpful.
