The staff were very friendly. The location is immediately next to the casino and the beach within a two minute walk. The breakfast is outstanding.

Clean room and breakfast area. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite. Would stay here again.

Exceptional location and absolute comfort
Nice discovery that this hotel! We already knew Biarritz well where we come regularly and we know where we will sleep from now on.

Disturbing Theft Overshadows an Otherwise Pleasant Stay
I booked a reservation at Hotel Windsor in Biarritz and received a message offering me an upgrade. When I arrived, I realized that the upgrade was actually at their sister property, Hotel La Suite. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable, so my stay started off on a positive note.
Unfortunately, things took a very serious turn. I never expected that the cleaning staff would go through my personal belongings. My bag was opened, and my newly purchased Apple AirPods were stolen. This was both shocking and extremely disappointing.
I reported the incident to hotel management and was initially told that the main manager was not available. I had to push for more information, as I wanted to identify who had cleaned my room. I even pointed out that it was likely someone familiar with such devices, given that AirPods are not something everyone would recognize or target.
The response I received was dismissive. I was told their staff had been there for a “very long time” and that no thefts had ever occurred, which felt like an attempt to downplay the situation rather than properly investigate it.
Five days after returning home, my iPhone’s “Find My” app finally pinged the AirPods, showing them located across the border in Spain (Olaberria Auzoa, Errota Kalea, Villabona, Gipuzkoa). This strongly suggests that whoever took them either lives there or sold them to someone in that area.
Having traveled to around 100 countries and stayed in all kinds of accommodations, this is the first time I have ever experienced theft like this in a hotel. It has left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the security and accountability at this property.

Pleasant comfortable and clean room (a little too much..I have a device for sleep apnea and the mini "nightstand" was really too small ) decent bathroom with a large shower and dry towels but black joints in the shower and this is unacceptable for a 4*! No noise despite our room overlooking the city.
Decent breakfast with good local products but the breakfast place is lame since we have breakfast in the lobby it is not at all convenient.
At breakfast we were surrounded by people on computer who talked management loud enough and it was very unpleasant to us, plates chipped not great for a 4*
Paid parking nearby
Good enough for a short stay but no more and does not deserve a 4* in my opinion
