Unique and charismatic property in a perfect location! We enjoyed the breakfasts, and the hosts had helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint hotel with a very good geart

We stayed at La Banesterie in Avignon for 2 nights. We loved it. The hotel is very near the Pope's Palace, in a very narrow street.
We asked to drop our bags early but, to our delight we got an early check in. The owners Veronique and Fabrice are very nice and helped us with our heavy cases and gave us good advice about what to see and where to go to eat.
We chose an upstairs room which was very small and very cute. As we are both tall, it wasn't the best choice but we had a good sleep.
Breakfast is included in the rate. It was delicious. Bread, cheese, cereals, fruit salad and scrambled eggs if desired. Perfectly prepared and served.
We loved our stay.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The husband and wife owners/hosts were wonderful! From the time we arrived until the time we left they helped us in every way possible - suggesting restaurants nearby, informing us of places to visit, things to do, and arranging a taxi for our trip to the train station. Their included breakfasts were delicious with many offerings. The bed was great and the room was quiet, much appreciated for weary travelers. The location was central to everything we wanted to see and do. We were very, very happy we chose to stay at La Banesterie!!!

Excellent location and great facilities . Fabrice and Veronique were wonderful hosts and made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was exceptional - homemade jams, yogurt and granola - a fantastic start to the day. We had a wonderful stay at La Banasterie and would highly recommend!
