If there were more stars I would give theme. This was super nice place with so kind and friendly owners❤️
Very cozy terrace and awesome bar where you can hangout.
The room was very clean and has wc/shower.
Breakfast was also excellent and was served by the place other owner.

Lovely stay in a countryside hotel

We stayed two nights in this lovely hotel that was build on the top of horse stable. Hotel was in the middle of Ålands countryside and by car it is only 15 min ride from Mariehamn. Hotel had lots of details and everything seem to be well thought: Beds were amazing and plankets so comfortable. Rooms had little flowers from the garden. Breakfast was delicious. Next time I wish to have a riding lesson too.

So nice

Since the hotels in Åland are not that interesting we decided to give this place a try, and were not disappointed. The rooms are on top of a horse stable and they are in perfect shape. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice.
The place is ideal if you want to explore the island by car, it is nicely situated in the middle. Do notice though that there are no shops nearby though, so if you need some food or snacks in the evening you should bring them with you.
The owners were always there if you had questions and were super nice.
We left very satisfied and will surely go back.

Excellent countryside hotel

Granlunda Gårdshotel is a hotel in the upstairs of a renovated old barn. There is a horse stable downstairs with some really pretty horses. Hotel rooms were clean and tastefully designed. Hosts super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty. We traveled with dogs and appreciated the nice forest roads (lots of deers though :).

Opphold svarte ikke til forventninger.

Det var ikke opplyst på bestillingsportal at hotellet uke 24 (2023) var "delvis" nedstengt pga av festivaler i Mariehamn. Middag var ikke tilgjengelig under oppholdet. Har vi vært kjent med dette har vi ikke bestilt oppholdet.
Påført ca 160€ i ekstra taxi kostnader.
Hund og katt i spisesal ved frokost. Baderomsdør begge rom var ikke i orden.
Renhold kunne vært bedre. Gode senger. Dusj ok.
Bestillingsportalen gir et feil inntrykk i forhold til virkeligheten.
