Our recent stay at Windy Willow's in Ajuy, Iloilo was excellent. The place is so quiet and relaxing, the stand-alone cottages are so spacious with big private verandah and all handmade from local timber. Even better was the food and service -- a great menu of native Filipino dishes and international cusine at good prices. Pizza is a must-try. If you like peaceful places that honour nature and the environment, this is a good place to stay.

Unacceptable customer service

My family and I have been wanting to visit this place as heard of the fantastic views this place has! My husband inquired via text message to their contact number and to our dismay, they have the WORSE customer service we’ve ever encountered! I will be uploading the screenshots of their messages and see for yourself how on earth they have that kind of customer service. Don’t they have training for this?! Or worse, might be the owner that’s been replying to my husband’s query??

Spectacular!!

We found this place by accident in pursuit of finding peace away from the normal noise and the busyness of the city life. To reach the place was a bit tricky as the road has not been fully refurbished. Once you park the car there is a stiff short trail to reach the wood cabin and the lovely common area with spectacular views and the ambiance were excellent. There is ample choice of drinks and the food was good.
The owner Matt was a great host and he catered to our needs promptly. The following morning we have an early morning walk with a tour guide around the area enjoying the morning mist from the grass, the views and the fresh scent of the forest. To end the walk we had a good plunge in the natural pool in the bottom of the natural spring. The water was very refreshing and clean.
The owner made us some continental and european standard breakfast and it was yummy.
We left the place refresh and rejuvenated. We will be certainly coming back and would recommend this place to everyone

Spectacular view of the sea

Located in Ajuy, Iloilo, Windy Willow's Highlander Farm offers a great selection of European and Filipino food. The owner is very welcoming and has a lot of stories to tell. Add to the farm's restaurant is an amazing view of the sea and the islands off Iloilo.
