This hotel boasts an excellent location, ample parking, and a highly professional and friendly staff who make guests feel genuinely welcome at all times. Despite staying during a mandatory curfew and some amenities closing early, we successfully adapted to the circumstances.

Unfortunate in everything

Dirty, regrettable hotel with spoiled, left and faulty facilities. Deplorable cleanliness. They tell you they don't have towels yet at 12 in the morning because they're washing and they'll pick them up later. Nefarious service, no staff and no place on weekdays to have a simple Coke. Large rooms, but without any services or details. Very left. The worst 5-star hotel I've ever been to.

Old and aged hotel

The hotel is old and it shows its age. There has been little or no renovation in the past 15 years.
However they have changed mattresses lately. This is evident. Not all TV sets work.
The bar is large and adequate. And the service is ok. Just ok. Breakfast is good. There is variety and it is most or all fresh. The coffee is not good at all: it is burned.
The hotel is somewhat noisy.
The three pools are convenient.
The view of the bay is great

Parking terrible- got locked in the parking lot which is outside the premises and if anything happens they aren’t responsible, when I told the receptionist all he did was give me a smirk and gave some lame excuse
Rooms- Old, humid, dirty almost nothing is provided but a miserable soap, no blue towels for the pool, no shampoo nothing!!
Facilities- Even worse than the rooms, might as well not bother
Food- Worse part of it all definately not a buffet you have 4 options at most, we are at the beach for crying out loud and there’s only 5 fruits to pick from, at least a “ceviche” but no… there’s more bread than food and the bread is terrible
Wifi/ Charging pots don’t work
