Some of my belongings are gone

I forgot a cream and an aluminum bottle for water, when I returned to claim them within 10 minutes, they disappeared and no one responded, I have written an email requesting at least to attend and I have not received a reply, I would not return.

En el Hotel Posada del Ángel tomamos muy en serio la seguridad y el servicio, y todo objeto olvidado por nuestros huéspedes se documenta y se guarda en un registro específico para su posterior devolución. Por ello, solicitamos públicamente que nos remita su nombre completo, fecha de la reserva y copia de la factura de hospedaje, de modo que podamos investigar con transparencia.

a pleasant stay

A beatiful building, completely renewed but mantaining the pre-existing characteristics. its location is very convenient to the center but far from the noise and the traffic of the principal roads. we needed an early breakfast and they were ready for the established time.

Pleasant experience

Very pleasant stay, the people who serve are very friendly, the house is old and has wonderful colonial architecture. Only the wifi is very intermittent, the water pressure is not enough when it is full and at night it is noisy.
