If you enjoy meeting people come here!

Also you must like, or tolerate cats, as the house is named Snow White after one of the owners adored cats. The house is 5 minutes away from Thisted by car. It is about 20- 40 minutes away from most of the beautiful areas of Thy National Park. It is a bungalow and you enter by the back door and have private use of a sizeable double room and a bathroom. There is another single room in the area which could also be rented. The rest of the house has a large living room ( with a grand piano, and a dining kitchen and garden. The owner Erling, has led an amazingly varied and interesting life and loves to tell you all about it ( his English is excellent). He also has had many guests from all walks of life (he lets out rooms in his part of the house too) and he loves to introduce them to one another, and make conversation and sometimes music. This is a wonderful place if you want to meet people. There were 5 other people there one of our evenings, mostly professional business people. Conversation was lively and good. Erling is very generous. He wants you to feel part of the house. Being the genial host is his life and he does it with enthusiasm. He will make breakfast for you if you order it. ( Extra cost). The accomodation was very reasonably priced. Erling does it for a hobby rather than a money making concern. A great experience

Terrible.

Terrible, dirty and unsafe place. Mainly because of the alcoholic host who had drunk in the fence and had fallen asleep only wearing pants and slept over the wheel of his car in the middle of the drive. When he tried to get in to us after we had gone to bed, we left the place.

An excellent base

This is a large private house at the end of a dead end road. Common kitchen, dining and living room area. Good beds, clean and orderly, and a host that never stops to amaze you. Ideal for people on vacation, since this is a part of Denmark well worth exploring. Nearby Thisted is about ten minutes away by car, or you may travel by train from the local station. Also the coast is reachable in about fifteen minutes.
Free wifi and an outlet for your EV available.
