Had hoped for something more..

I was a little disappointed with the stay, had expected something more..
The room was uniformly dull, with a small bathroom, like in so many middle-class hotels. There was only cleaning every 3rd day, unless you asked for extra cleaning.
The breakfast was without a trace of variation in the three days we stayed there, and when a bowl of jam was empty, no new one could be gotten! The cake was banana cake every day, which I don't think belongs on a breakfast table!
We didn't see a smile or a "quick" comment from the staff - a very impersonal stay,

Save your money and go somewhere else

There are some lovely hotels on Bornholm. Unfortunately this is not one of them. Staff are unresponsive, rooms are in dire need of an upgrade and everything — from the stay to the restaurant — is criminally overpriced. We couldn't sleep because of doors banging throughout the night and our room overlooked an alley filled with bins despite paying 1900DKK a night.

Nice but some way to the topo

Good location and nice outdoor environment. About the room. Missing something to set up or hash the patio door with, was very windy when we were there. A little too thick blankets for summer. Sloppy support, there was still a garbage bag under the sink that smelled bad. Breakfast, missing some sweets and the coffee was very sloppy.

Poor service

Incredibly poor service and not really control the business.
They apparently had both new and old menu cards in play, so when we ignorantly ordered from the old and this was no longer possible, we were greeted with an unflexible and offended tone from the waiter.
We did not ask for anything unreasonable, just about 1 udaf 4 dishes could be diabetic-friendly, but no.
They were in no way solution-oriented and we should have left the place - we will never return again.
There are so many other good opportunities in the same city that there is no reason to risk that behavior again.
