Really charming hotel in walking distance from railway station and town centre. We were on 2nd floor and had a bit of noise from the tram, but with earplugs it was not too bad.
At breakfast, the only coffee machine broke down. It would have been ideal to see a backup solution, maybe instant coffee...

The staff was friendly and very helpful. This hotel is not built for hot weather (30 Celsius), but they did provide a fan and the windows open wide. The location was great and everything was walkable. The hotel is a bit dated but decent.

Ok middle class hotel. You get what you expect,

Nice hotel but a bit dated. The room was surprisingly large and nice. A tip is to ask for rooms that are not facing the main street because the noise level was very high from the street even with the window closed.
Standard breakfast but nice to have drinks, coffee and fruit around the clock. Staff very nice and service minded.

Perfect Place to Stay

We found this to be a wond6⅝erful stylish hotel with lots of character and charm. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and welcoming, the breakfast good and the location close to the station, the old town and the Hans Christian Anderson museum was perfect.Loved the afternoon coffee and cake. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The breakfast is a minimum. And the staff who manage the kitchen is miserabel( They take away the plates and so on while we were still eating round 9.30 am.
Our room nr 106 was very very poor.
