We were greeted by a super nice staff all the way around. This made us have nothing but good to say about the place.

Worn out and kept on life support
They advertise with an alacarte menu, but when we wanted to eat at the restaurant only the 3 course season menu was available.
Breakfast was also super limited and poorly presented. Decided not to eat there, despite having paid for a room with breakfast.

Tired hotel .....
This is probably the only place in DK where you pay extra for having views of a net parking lot and the city's busiest crossroads. In addition, you get a playground with noise and trouble where the city’s youth hangs out in the evening.
In addition, the room is extremely warm in the summer and there is no air conditioning - with an open window you wake up by road noise at 6 a.m.
The hotel calls it sea view - it was there 20 years ago - but like everything else in this place, you have forgotten to keep up with time. The room is inadequately cleaned and there is no cleaning when you are here for several days.
In the restaurant it is pure lottery....One day we are met by a talented young man who even though he has been busy exhibiting profit and kindness.
The next day it is a stressful serving - where stress goes out over the guests.
The food itself is ok - but no jubilation - I think there was 50g of beef on the plate so you should not be too hungry. The breakfast lacks bacon, eggs, Nutella and here you should rather clean the table yourself!
At departure we cannot get printed the bill out - the computer is tired too - we pay a sum and are promised that the specification will be subsequently sent - we are still waiting for that....
