Fantastic atmosphere :)

After an exhausting trip with Stena Line from Gothenburg to Fredrikshavn we arrived here late, approximately at midnight only to find the host, Erik, standing on the doorstep with open arms. What a welcome!
He insisted we feel like home, showed us the room, and instructed where we would find beer, wine and other refreshments before enquiring about our breakfast wishes.
We really made ourselves at home, found a bottle of wine, some glasses and enjoyed that before going to bed.
After a good nights sleep we woke up and showered before breakfast, which was absolutely lovely - we felt really really well taken care of. Even our dogs enjoyed the stay in this lovely place.
Thank you for making the start to our holiday just perfect!

Charming B&B

Situated just a few minutes drive from Frederikshavn.
Positive:Large Family room with separate bedroom for the kids and a private bathroom. Free wifi. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Absolutely delicious breakfast. Very friendly and comfortable service. Nice garden where you can relax With a Cold bear from the self serviced refridgerator in the lobby.
Negative: A bit untidy in the lobby and hallways (the Place is clean, but a bit messy) Anyway, the room and the breakfast room is very Nice so this didn't bother us much.
I would highly reccomend this Place.

Eccentric

A nice alternative to the average hotel. Comfortable beds. Attractive location. Fantastic breakfast in a big, airy and comfortable breakfast room. Friendly reception. Close to Fredrikshavn. Would have appreciated curtains or blinds since the light comes in early in summer (around 3am). But overall an enjoyable total experience.

A true gem, a few kilometers north of Fredrikshavn.

An old mansion, placed by a ridingschool and golf course. Nice sorroundings and very peacefull. But it is the inside that make the difference. Lagre and nicely designed rooms with its own kitchen, blanding old and new in a tastefull manner. There are also areas with tv lounge and game room available. However, the icing on the cake is the breakfast - one of the best i have come across ever....
If you are looking for a sleepover around Fredrikshavn - this is your place, no question!

Absolutely worth trying

App. 5 km bicycling from Frederikshavn, Denmark you will find a farm where main building is made into a nice B&B.
Rooms are big, beds are good. No private Television, - a feature!
You need to share bathroom with other rooms, - but as long as you are aware, - no problem.
The breakfast (Morgenmad) room was really nice. (See embedded picture). And so was the breakfast, ordered and paid separately. Obviously the produce their own honey. Try it!
