A brief stay in Nicosia.

Sofouli suites occupy the second floor of a large building in central Nicosia. They are not manned 24 hours, therefore it is necessary to arrange reception if you arrive after working hours. In our case, we were shown to our apartment by the taxi driver that the office had arranged to meet us at the airport and drive us to Nicosia.
The apartment itself is very spacious and well appointed. It was clean with the exception of the area of the cloakroom basin, which had evidence that it had been wiped with the same cloth that had also been used to clean the floor. We particularly appreciated having a full kitchen and a washing machine. There are convenience stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The office went out of their way to help us with our arrangements from airport pick up to activities around Nicosia. We are grateful for their choice of taxi drivers, Gianni and his father, both of whom could not have been more obliging, courteous and helpful.
This review would not be complete without mentioning the heady aroma of seasonal jasmine that filled the air in the evenings in the street outside.

Very central, spacious and comfortable

Stayed here for three nights and it was perfect. Clean and spacious will very good air con, WiFi, full kitchen, balcony and satellite tv! Chris met me and gave me all the details and offered to help if I needed it at any time during my stay! It’s in a kind of an office block so a bit dark at night when you are on your own but I saw nothing that made me unsafe! Three mins walk to shopping, food and central bus station! Could do with a clean of the shower base and more sturdy furniture on the balcony! There was a huge jacuzzi in my apartment but I don’t think it worked!

Good base for exploring the capital

I booked on Airbnb and expected an apartment building. It's more like an office building which has a floor converted in part to apartments. The one-bedroom where I stayed was comfortable. It included full-size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, air con/heating wall units in both rooms, jacuzzi tube, separate shower, washing machine with detergent, clothes drying rack. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

Central solution

I stayed there during a business trip in Nicosia.
It consists of a number of suites in a building where there are offices and residential homes. (in fact the gentleman who is doing the "receptionist's" job lives in one of them). My room was spacious and comfortable. There is a mini - kitchen.
It is a great option for people who need a comfortable and centrally located accommodation.

DELIGHTFUL AND WELL-PLACED HAVEN

Charming and impeccably clean apartment, with superb shower and great Fixtures & Fittings. Fantastic location, very accommodating & flexible hosts. Classy touch to leave chocolates and chilled water!! The kitchenette was great and provided room for coffees, fridge and basic cooking. Bed very comfortable and the verandah was perfect for an outside smoke and coffee! Air-con modern and worked well.
Check-in and out was simple and 24/7
The area was clearly safe and had some great coffee bars within 30 feet of the front door, serving superb food too. Cable TV was a good bonus and so were the little features like the toiletries.
I highly recommend Sofouli Suites to anyone coming through Nicosia for a couple of nights, wanting a great product for a great price.
