Beautiful adult hotel in Cyprus

Almost brand new hotel, lovely rooms, cleaning and service at the top. Owned and run by a local family. Where especially the daughter with a smile and fantastic service makes one feel welcome. Large plus adult hotel without all possible activity teams and noise, always a free sun bed or cabana.. right down a beach. Well assorted breakfast buffet.

It's awfull hotel . Dirty and there is smell .impossible to stay!!!!!!!! Staff are liars and do not pick up phone to answer the tourist agent!!!!!! I am really shocked .it must be closed! There is no swimming pool no electric power and impossible to stay

DONT GO THERE - Disappointing Experience at Flamingo Beach Hotel

Our recent stay at Flamingo Beach Hotel in Larnaca was far from what we expected. The hotel’s location near the beach is nice, but unfortunately, that's about the only positive aspect of our experience.
First, the rooms were outdated and poorly maintained.
The furniture was worn, and the cleanliness was below standard—there was dust and an odd smell lingering in the room.
Additionally, the bathroom was cramped, and the fixtures felt very old and grimy, making us uncomfortable using it.
The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and did not seem motivated to help. Breakfast was included in our package, but the selection was limited and repetitive, with no fresh options. The food didn’t taste fresh, and we were reluctant to eat much of it.
The lack of maintenance extended to the pool area, IT WASN'T OPEN! which was looked neglected, with sunbeds that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
For the price, we expected at least basic amenities to be kept in reasonable condition, but sadly, Flamingo Beach Hotel fell short.
We wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
At the end of our stay someone said that this hotel is about to be DEMOLISHED!!!

Great location. The hotel is old with outdated equipment. Breakfast is satisfactory. The rooms are clean.

I arrived at 2am and was upgraded to the fourth floor, so they definitely have 24 hour reception porters. But I still didn't get what I wanted and had two single beds instead of one double bed. There is also no tea and coffee in the room and I had to retune the TV as the channels were so bad I couldn't even get a clear picture and sound.
Besides this everything else is acceptable and I have a safe in the room ! If you're looking for a convenient place close to the beach and the restaurants and the airport, at the a convenient price including buffet breakfast, this is for you !! If not then good luck with your accommodation !
