Nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff

I stayed this apartment one month in June 2015. The place is close to almost everything and walking distance: bus station, supermarket, drug store, taverna, shopping mall(small size) and also could walk to Maria area. The price is included breakfast and housekeeping that was really help for me. I enjoyed scuba diving everyday so after diving I was really tired so I was happy my room always nice and clean.
All staff were very helpful and gave me tip of my holiday. So I enjoyed one month stay in Larnaca and did not have any problem. I would love to stay in this apartment again next my holiday. The price was really bargain.

2 nights stay

We chose the hotel because it was close to the airport by car and it had parking available for guests.
The room was quite nice and spacious but when we went down for the 'continental' breakfast in the morning, we were totally shocked. They put a plate with one slice of very processed cheese and one slice of ham, half a tomato and 3 olives with 3 slices of white bread in front of us. Plus we could have one cup of instant coffee or tea with a squirt of milk in it.
The next morning breakfast was the same just without the tomatoes. Don't stay here if you don't want to be hungry.

Will not come back.

I'm going to be very honest with my review. my friend and I searched for a hotel with 24h check in/out and good reviews. We found this hotel so we reserved. The staff are really friendly and really helpful, they ordered us food, helped us rent a vehicle, get a Sim card and even showed us around in the area. They were awesome. As for the room, well being welcomed by cockroaches isn't what we were looking for as a vacation start. Also, despite having reserved 3 weeks prior, There were no sheets in the apartment, we should have called the reception desk but there was no phone or went to there to the building across the road but it was 2 am in the morning and we were tired so we told them the next day. But seriously the room should have been clean and ready. Furthermore, the hotel said that WiFi is available, well it wasn't. We told the employee at the reception and he told us that he will restart the router it's the best that he can do (like restarting the router will extend the WiFi range). For the rooms, "Average" rating would be a compliment so I'm choosing "Poor" as my rating as for the employees well Very good.

cheap and cheerful

it was generally good for the price paid. room was decently sized. breakfast was a set of bread and jams and eggs and beverage. quite a distance from the beach strip but still walkable. very close to a carrefour. no complaints about the staff. wifi signal was good at the lobby but was very weak in the room that i was in.

Recommend it for vacation

The studio was very spacious,clean -cleaning lady would come every day to check if anything needed.
Supermarket (carrefour) really close by.
The hotel itself is right across the street,where you also check in.
The receptionists were actually very helpful and nice.
The breakfast served was good,nothing to complain about it.
The disadvantage is that the hote is not that close to the beach and the bus stations are not very visible,in which case you'd have to walk in the burning sun for 30 minutes or so.
Otherwise,I really enjoyed the 1 week I spent there.
