An oasis in Santiago.
Wonderful accommodation, excellent location close to one of the largest and most complete shopping centers in Santiago. Super modern and sophisticated. Great attention and wonderful views. All the amenities; you can choose to have breakfast, which is adequate—not extravagant but complete. It has both an outdoor and a heated pool. It has parking available.

Great place to stay. The front desk people could be slightly more helpful but really a great place.

Beautiful and brand new property in a convenient section of Santiago. A really nice mall is a short walk away. Also their breakfast is terrific and well worth while.

A lot to improve
I chose this hotel by reviews in
Other platforms but I was a little disappointed. The hotel is well located but to access the hotel reception if you are from app cars they will leave you in an avenue in front of the hotel and you will have to pass through an improvised place to get to the hotel. Some drivers do not stop in this place because they say it is illegal so they will leave you in a few places from the hotel but that are about 80 meters away from the reception. If you are with
Many bags and children this becomes a problem. I arrived at the hotel in the morning. The reservation was made for 3 guests and the bed linen and towels were not available for the third guest. I had to return to the reception and request (there is no interphone to communicate with the reception). When entering the hotel they register the facial and give cards to access the apartment and the hotel but they did not work since the first day, I had to ask them to do it again. Breakfast does not have many varieties and are time-consuming in replacing foods. I won't come back.

There are positive points, but still much to improve!
As a positive point, the fact of being a new hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms (with living room, kitchen and balcony), including bed linen and bathrobes, shower and good Wi-Fi. Neighbor to the Arauco Park (for those who do outdoor activities), which even gives a name to the huge shopping very close (perfect to go and go back on foot) and between 15 and 20 minutes walk to the Manquehue metro station.
But it leaves to be desired in the total lack of flexibility in the care of the reception (you can't negotiate absolutely nothing as we are used to in Brazil!), besides not offering room service on Sundays and the cleaning being careless (mainly from the floor of the room). Another strong negative point is the sofa bed of the room, intended for the third guest: narrow if it is for a couple, nothing consistent with the hotel standard, in addition to being literally under the ceiling air conditioning (which freezes the room, without reaching the room as it should be).
As for breakfast, there is a variety, but it only begins to be served at 7:30 p.m. and those who arrive after 9:30 p.m. (closing at 10:30 p.m.) need to stick in front of the buffet countertops – a time when both the replacement and the cleaning of the tables begin to get compromised.
As already written by here, some floors are for residential use, hence the circulation of dogs through the reception and, maybe, some other non-typical perceptions of a building that is exclusively a hotel.
Ahhh... I suggest you put a rodsack between the appliances in the apartments! Because in a capital known internationally for the quality and variety of wines, the guest can not suffer the discomfort / embarrassment of an employee having to come "rounding" back with the only pipe pipe available at the establishment (this is why, without even being able to borrow!).
After all, the flat has potential, but some elementary points in care and service need to be improved.
