Congratulations IBIS COPIAPÓ

We were in the Ibis of the city of Copiapo third region Atacama Chile. In price quality and service is very convenient. From the Manager of the Hotel IBIS Copiapó, also the Assistant Manager to the reception and restaurant staff, toilet staff, always very friendly willing to help us take good care of ourselves. Very gentle polites make us feel at home all the time we go. My husband goes after his job for the company where he works but we have more occasionally gone for family reasons or formalities. You can notice a positive atmosphere at work and also in the hotel towards customers or users. Furniture equipment and functionality are also very practical. I would add just something else for tea room or for 11 hour with slightly more accessible prices. And also improve the TV channels or cable. For the others we put the best note!!! Keep it up and better!!! Many congratulations

Congratulations

It is the first time I stayed at this Hotel and it was a very good experience, everything clean tidy, well attended, the staff attentive. I have to highlight the very careful attention of the young man who received us because if it had not been for him, we would not have stayed in the hotel, (I do not remember his name but he is colorin hair, I apologize for making this description, to refer to him) really deserves a congratulation at least. The booking page is very complex and difficult to understand, especially for 3rd party people. This good experience made us decide to stay also in Ibis de Copiapo.
I also want to highlight the attention of the young receptionist from Copiapo, named Francisco, according to his uniform plaque, because again we had many inconveniences to make reservations and he also had the deference and patience to help me by phone and thus make my reservation and subsequent accommodation in the Hotel.
In this hotel we found the table staff very distant, I think they should be a little more cordial. We had no problems with them, but they lack a little kindness.

excellent service

Excellent attention, room with all services, spiceful, modern, and above all impeccable. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Spectacular breakfast buffet, with varied and fresh options. We'll definitely be back.
