Refugio Pullao
Refugio Pallo ligger i Chiloe og tilbyder indkvartering 15 km fra Castro. Der serveres gratis morgenmad med lokale produkter. Værelserne har alle egen balkon. De er rummelige, godt belyste og har trævægge og træloft.

Beautiful, peaceful, friendly.
I love this place, not only because the bay holds a profusion of bird life, but because the place is so peaceful. The people who work here are remarkably nice and friendly. The food is delicious--easily some of the best dinners I had in the 2 weeks I spent in Chile--and generously portioned. The rooms are wonderful--huge windows looking out onto a lawn and out over the bay. Sunrises are gorgeous. Sunsets even moreso.
I've now stayed here twice for 5 nights each time and if work brings me back to Chiloe I will stay here again. February is the perfect time, but I would like to com in December when it would be even more peaceful.

Great room and staff and a good location. The breakfasts were quite plentiful and good food. The only problem is we wish the horseback riding and sailing were available.

Gorgeous views, quiet, good food, beautiful rooms.
This place is simply wonderful. Though only a few miles from the main road, you feel like you are very far away from everything. The rooms are very beautiful, with huge windows facing the bay. A short walk takes you to the bay where you can watch birds, wander a bit along the marsh, or simply sit and enjoy the quiet.
The food in the restaurant was very good and the views from the dining room are as nice as those from the rooms. Breakfast is great--excellent coffee, homemade granola and yoghurt, delicious bread as well as the standard cheese and meats. And lots of fruit and homemade fruit juices that change each day.
The staff--Dora and Felipe and Kevin--are very welcoming and answer all questions.
During my two weeks in Chile, this was easily--by far--my favourite stay.
I have to return to Chiloé in the future for work and I will definitely be staying here!
The food in the restaurant was very good and the views from the dining room are as nice as those from the rooms. Breakfast is great--excellent coffee, homemade granola and yoghurt, delicious bread as well as the standard cheese and meats. And lots of fruit and homemade fruit juices that change each day.

Lovely Family Stay!
My family (2 adults and a 4 year old) had a lovely stay at this cabin - it was a highlight of our trip to Chile. The home is spacious and cozy, with stunning views and high quality linens.
Carlos' team (Paulina + Dora) were amazing hosts - proactive, kind, and always ready to help, even with the little things. When we arrived home each day, a cozy fire was crackling. They noticed my daughter loved the fresh juice at breakfast, so they packed extra in a to-go bottle for her.
Don't miss the gorgeous breakfasts and dinners on offer; it was some of the best food we had in Chile.
Note: the cabin is up a steep track. We are city dwellers who don't often drive, so if we had not arrived with a driver in a 4x4, this might have been a challenge. Relatedly, it is a 5-7 minute (beautiful, downhill) walk to the main lodge, but the team was always available via Messenger for assistance, and to drive those with mobility challenges / tired legs back up the hill.
All in all, I think this rivals a more "famous" luxury accommodation in Chiloe which you can see across the way from Pullao's property - give it a try!

Serene and Gorgeous Boutique Hotel in the Country
This is beautiful place to stay in Chiloe. 6 rooms overlooking the bay, that are architecturally stunning. My family of 4 stayed in the family room and it was perfect.
We had dinner one night and breakfast both mornings- the food and presentation was amazing. The sun filled our room in the
Morning, and it made my morning coffee delightful while I watched and listened to rhe birds and wildlife.
Paulina and Dora were warm and friendly and made our stay wonderful. They had great recommendations for places to see in the area and restaurants to try.
It is tucked away high on the ridge and so the road getting in and out is all part of the experience.
If you are looking for something different and memorable, look no further!
