Perfect

Clean and comfortable room. No noise disturbance. Possibility to return at any time (with an adjacent parking lot). Very friendly and very professional staff. In short: perfect
The only small hitch, on the internet the pre-booking system refuses the Wise card (an essential companion for anyone who travels) under the pretext that it classifies it as a debit card... But on site everything ends up going correctly.

we really appreciated the bus pass to ride the city buses to get around, and the hotel overall was great, but the best part was the efficient, helpful, kind front desk staff. They were all great. Thanks so much.

Staff were really kind - just note that there is a one pet policy per room, which is not published on here. Staff were helpful about our multi-pet situation. Room was tidy, but not completely clean. Found grape stem on the ground and a fake lash in the bed from a previous guest. Fine for a one night stay.

Always clean, great service and doing the best they can with the never ending construction on boul Laurier

Caution: currently there are construction sites and detours all around! Not recommended.

Pros: nice, large, and clean room, self-service from the refrigerator for breakfast. Selection of dishes is okay. I have not tried the restaurant next door yet, but it also seems to be okay.
The staff is attentive and friendly. It cannot be blamed for the situation.
Cons: Currently, the location of the hotel is not recommended. There are road construction sites and detours around the hotel. Traffic jams are pre-programmed. The outdoor parking is no longer available, and the entrance to the underground garage is hard to find. GPS/navigation is overwhelmed and sends you in circles.
Elevator to the underground garage is out of service!

We’re truly pleased to read that you enjoyed your room, found it clean and spacious, and appreciated the self-service breakfast as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of our team. Your kind words are always greatly appreciated and will be shared with our staff.
We also sincerely regret the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. As you mentioned, the current situation in the Sainte-Foy area can indeed be challenging. We are well aware of the ongoing tramway project, which has led to significant roadwork, detours, and heavier traffic, particularly for guests who are not familiar with the neighborhood. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when navigating with GPS.
Additionally, we temporarily had to block access to our exterior parking lot that was also impacted by a recent project to replace rooftop air conditioning unit, which required the temporary use of a crane in part of the parking area, which may have added to the confusion upon arrival. We apologize as well for the difficulty in locating the entrance to the underground parking at that time. These issues do not reflect the level of experience we aim to provide.
Your comments are extremely valuable and help us improve both our communication and on-site guidance for our guests during this period of major infrastructure changes.
