Great location

This hotel was in a great location to explore Old Quebec. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed. There was a safe in the room and a pitcher for water that can be filled up on the lowest floor of the hotel, a coffee/tea maker and mugs and glass water glasses. Robes were also available.. The hotel and room were clean and well attended. The bathroom had a heated mirror that prevented moisture from building up on the glass when taking a hot shower.
I had a hearty and delicious breakfast at the hotel. I also had dinner in the hotel's restaurant, Matto. It was a convenient location to have dinner after a long day of travel.
For lunch, I highly recommend a small bistro/coffee shop not far from the hotel, Le Packwood. They have a drink, soup or salad, choice of sandwich and dessert for $18.95CAD. The atmosphere was pleasant and was a great place for a quiet lunch.
All in all it was a great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Quebec City

Excellent
We enjoyed our stay at the Auberge Le Saint Pierre. We have traveled in Italy, Netherlands and France and stayed in many hotels. The Auberge Le Saint-Pierre was by far our favorite of all the places we have stayed. Thank you to an incredible staff for making our stay so enjoyable and going out of your way to be of service to us. We appreciate you and we would recommend your hotel to anyone traveling to Quebec City. The location is perfect, as well, close to restaurants and shops and within walking distance to all the incredible sights that Quebec City has to offer.

Great hotel option!

Great experience from check in to check out. The location is great with the ability to walk to upper town with ease. Nearby cafes and friendly staff made the visit memorable. Light breakfast options available in a well lit dining area. I liked the self service wine options available in the lobby as well as the variety of sitting areas. Simple, comfortable and relaxing.
My least favorite thing was the Matto restaurant accessible from the hotel lobby. Pleasant atmosphere but disappointing service. I felt rushed in spite of an advanced reservation. Not impressed!

Nice hotel in Old QC. But the combination of the hotel with the higher-end 7 hotel is confusing at reception. And there's a feeling that the 7 guests are given priority. Parking is available a street away.

Perfect Stay at Auberge Saint Pierre

My husband and I spent four wonderful nights at the Auberge Saint Pierre and had an extremely perfect experience. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Angie in particular was incredibly warm and accomodating, helping us with restaurant recommendations and directions throughout our visit. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained and situated in an ideal location right in Old Quebec, making it easy to explore both the lower town and upper town on foot. Everything from the charming decor to the attentive service made us feel welcome and comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Auberge Saint Pierre to anyone planning a trip to Quebec City - it truly made our vacation special.
