The only real problem with the property is that it says pillow top mattress but the bed is hard as a rock. Other than that the location was fantastic, you do pay extra for coffee and tea and communication wasn’t great.

This was a perfect spot to stay. Location was next to everything we needed or wanted to visit. Safe area. Staff answered our questions. When we checked in one of the lovely staff helped us bring up our luggage. The room has everything! We had to look around to find some lights but that was part of exploring the place! We were able to bring home their signature sturdy tote bag as well to keep. Thank you!
The shower was amazing and the products in the shower were also wonderful! They provided a little box of Q-tips and cotton pads. Nice touch.
The TV, there are two, near the bed wouldn't turn on so we reached out for help. One remote, 2 TVs. Don't have them both on at the same time. The staff came up and fixed our TV promptly.
Only drawback is there is no parking so you have to be prepared for that. We logged into Clickpark before the trip and found a nearby underground garage. Six minute walk. It was nice to have in and out privileges for driving outside the local area.
Overall, fantastic! We would stay again!

The actual accommodations was quite good, and the location in Old Montreal was excellent. So my comments below apply to people who like full transparency up front, and don't want potential gotcha moments on the premises.
-you have to use the link to gain access to the property - this was quite a lengthy sign in process. Surprise: You have to provide $300 CAD up front for liability, which will be refunded a few days after you leave or you can buy a $99 CAD, non refundable option which will cover $200 CAD of liability.
-in the room there were a bunch of stuff, spread around the room - bath robes, umbrella, hat, majong game, couple bottles of water, tote bag..., which were all for sale, but there was no price on them. You had to scroll through their site to figure this out, and is how i realized that the 2 bottles of water may be complimentary, but i did not risk it and didn't touch anything. This approach had me rather uneasy during my stay.
-there is TV in the room, but no local channels, all app based, which you will need your own subscription to use them. With the world cup going on, this was rather unfortunate.
-finally, if you like accommodations that have a common lobby, this property does not. Thanks

This is not a hotel, you can get any assistance from anybody when in need. I arrived around 8.00pm without any body to guide me until after 15 minutes. One guy came to my assistance. After I have checked in nobody to answer my further inquiry, I slept with hungry and wake up without any breakfast nobody to assist or guide me find a break fast. That's how I went to the venue of my program without dinner and break fast.
I was made to deposit some amount money in case I injury property, which I made. At the end of my 2 days stay. They said my deposit is non refundable in respective of no damage. This is cheating, people should be careful with the David hotel. I will never never recommend any one to this hotel. It is a nasty experience in Montreal.

The room was clean and decent size. The hallway from elevator to the room is abit dark and narrow but doesn't matter much to me, you will forget about that hallway once you are inside the spacious room. I wish they would offer to provide new water if living more than a night
