YES to Spring Creek Vacations
This is our second time staying at Spring Creek and we stayed in the same condo. It’s such a clean and quiet place. Lots of great places to eat. Dinner at Hunter was amazing ! Canmore just has that all around good feeling that makes you want to slow down. We will always come back!

On-going construction and they didnt disclose it when we booked
Very disappointing stay — construction was not disclosed.
We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Timber Stone(unit 409) managed by Spring Creek Vacation Rental. We booked through Expedia and specifically paid extra to book a unit with a mountain view, only to discover after arrival that there was ongoing construction directly across the street. This was a major issue that was not disclosed to us at the time of booking.
The construction noise was extremely loud and made our stay very unpleasant. Management apologized for the inconvenience, but the response essentially amounted to asking us to put up with the noise. When we asked whether we could be relocated to a quieter unit, we were told that this was not possible. We were also told that there would be no other form of compensation.
Had we known about the construction beforehand, we would not have booked this property. There are other comparable properties available in the vicinity, and guests should be given accurate information so they can make an informed choice.
If Spring Creek Vacations chooses to continue accepting bookings while this level of construction is taking place, it is only fair that guests are informed clearly and in advance, and that rates are adjusted to reflect the significant disruption. Guests should not be paying a premium for a mountain-view or peaceful getaway experience when excessive construction noise substantially affects that experience.
Future guests should also be aware that construction in this area may continue for some time and could affect the quality of their stay. This is particularly important for anyone planning a relaxing vacation or paying extra for a view.
The biggest issue for us was the lack of transparency. Construction of this scale is not a minor inconvenience—it can fundamentally change the experience guests are paying for. Spring Creek Vacations should have disclosed it before booking and offered appropriate pricing or alternatives.
Unfortunately, given the lack of disclosure, the inability to relocate us, and the refusal to provide any meaningful compensation, we would not stay here again.

Beautiful location in a newer condo community. Shopping, restaurants, and parks nearby. Easy and very safe to walk around. Would most definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful place to stay with Mountain View
Beautiful condo with Mountain View’s. Fitness room and hot tub were nice amenities. Walked to downtown Canmore for meals. I highly recommend staying here.
