We stayed in an executive suite which was awesome. Nicely stocked kitchen with apartment size fridge plus stove. Counter island very convenient.
The king size bed was really comfy but the king size pillows were absolutely awful. After one horrible sleep with them we went to
Walmart nearby and bought our own. Happy dreams after that. I left a note about the pillows for the room attendant but not sure if it will be followed up.
Bathroom had two sinks, another plus. Plus the shower and toilet were in a small room adjoining the sink area. A makeup mirror with magnification would be an added plus for the future.
Comfy seating furniture in the living space with a nook and table plus sofa (bed) and chair.
Front desk staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant beside the motel is a hamburger place. Burgers were unique and really good, well priced for today’s pricing.
We would stay here again but next time bring our own pillows. We were driving.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, drinkable coffee, pet-friendly, reasonable price. Would stay here again

Room had plenty of room and facilities, courteous staff who were helpful and accommodating

Me and my bestfriend stayed there for four days and 3 nights. We just checked out as a matter of fact, currently in the airport awaiting to board.
Rhoda was the person who helped us and the other lady who i forgot to ask the name. Rhoda went over and beyond, she asked about what our plan was and even provided assistance on how to get were we needed to go, and they also allowed us to keep our luggage at tye frontdesk since we are on an evening flight, we were able to buy what we needed to buy last minute. Although rhida was no longer there the guy handed over our luggages and allowed us to stay by the lobby, although when we said thank you, there were two women and 1 guy at the desk , i didnt seem to hear anyone greeted back, its petty but it makes a big impact for majority of guests, they will leave feeling valued, seen and would want to comeback. Consistency of service as they say. I used to be a frontdesk manager before and this is one of the feedback we usually get. Just thought id share
But overall, we loved our stay. We will definitely comeback and will no longer stay in richmond but rather here in burnaby.thank you

For the most part Porter experience was wonderful. We would definitely stay again. Beautiful area, centrally located, excellent restaurants around and a very good restaurant on site. The k only negative is this is the only hotel we stayed at and we left a picnic blanket that we put on the bed top protect it if the dog got on there. It was left behind by accident. When we called to make arrangements to pick up the blanket we were told that there was no record of the item. It was cheap but we really miss it.
