Good accommodation in Imperatriz MA

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with double bed and limpinha and comfortable bedding.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had, a lot of embarrassment.

It was the worst and most infernal hotel experience that I had in my life, I do not recommend this Ibis Imperatriz even to my enemy, walk away, then talk to friends who have already gone there, everyone had a bad experience and also never came back again.

Call anything but Ibis

Old and dirty rooms, fine sheets and no minimal finish, loosing wires, in the bathroom the central shower could not let the water fall in the center but around you and as amazing as it may seem, the shampoo container was empty.
In addition to all this, the attention and courtesy of employee Alex were impressive, I hope that no one is served by this guy. Zero flexibility and when asked about the possibility of anticipating breakfast he replied with the following words: “MY FRIEND, THE MORNING COFFÉ IS AT SIX AND THIRTY”, in an empathic, rude and rude way. To improve, the next day at 6:30 the breakfast was not ready and delayed our departure to Bethlehem, since we were traveling by car.
It was the biggest disappointment I've ever had in hotels and I would never expect anything like that in an Ibis.

Bom

The hotel is in the center of the city, close to everything. Receptionists are caring. Breakfast is good, but it takes time to get 100% ready. We delayed our exit from town because we were waiting for breakfast. The edredons need to be changed, they're old.
