Excellent

Excellent accommodation option in Gaspar and region. Renovated and modern rooms, attentive staff and colonial-style breakfast were highlights of my stay. I also recommend Raul’s restaurant, attached to the hotel. Best restaurant in the area!

Could be better

Despite being of a kind of "economic" category, the rooms could be in better condition, at least those that are not (completely) reformed, as was in my case. Even more considering being basically the only accommodation option in the city. There was a lot of mold inside the bathroom box, plastic box in poor condition, the furniture too old, bad bed, old pillows... finally... there was no desire to stay inside the room. Positive points are the service (chambers, reception and breakfast staff), and the breakfast itself, very well served, including with options of natural juices. Lunch at the attached restaurant is great.

Lack of privacy

We traveled in family, my husband and I were sleeping in the room when the maid opened the door. I screamed there were people in the room. Communicate the reception about what happened have apologized.
The next day happens the same fact we were sleeping and the maid opens the door again! Lack of total privacy!!! We felt embarrassed by what happened 2 times !!!!

Um bom hotel, com boas acomodações.
Funcionários atenciosos e educados.
Excelente café da manhã, bem variado e a vontade.
Facilidade no estacionamento sendo o mesmo já incluso na diária.
Se voltar um dia ficaria lá novamente.

Decepção

Reservei o hotel para duas noites.
Na primeira noite, tinha marimbondo no quarto e quando fui secar as mãos na toalha, fui picada no dedo.
Sai para jantar e na cidade teve muita chuva, quando retornei ao hotel, o vitro acima da Janela se abriu com o vento e molhou calma, cortina e alagou o quarto. Liguei para a recepção e não podiam fazer nada. Eu tiver que ir atrás de um pano para eu secar o chão.
No outro dia, sai ates das. 7hrs para resolver algumas coisas na cidade e retornei por volta das 14hrs e o quarto, não tinha sido limpo ainda. Questionei a recepção e me informaram que as camareiras estavam em horário de almoço e não podiam fazer nada.
Achei os quartos bem ruins e péssimo o atendimento,
