Disappointing for being an Ibis

Room with dirty floor, had hair on the bed and attendants who left to desire. There was a shortage of cups for breakfast and the copers did not show themselves very concerned... I would not stay in this hotel again!

Excellent experience even before check-in!

I would like to officially record my profound satisfaction with the phone call received recently from the collaborator Taís.
Although my reservation has not been completed due to unexpected changes in my personal schedule, I consider it essential to enhance the quality of the service provided.
The conduct of the conversation by the collaborator demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, coupled with a remarkably cordial, patient and insightful posture.
The clarity in the information transmitted, the readiness in the answers and the remarkable ability to adapt to my needs evidenced not only technical competence, but also a rare degree of emotional intelligence and excellence in human behavior.
In this way, I consider very important the registration and recognition for the exemplary level of care provided.

Helpful team

Despite being crowded, everything worked fine. The staff are very polite and served us very well. We went with our little pet and she was well received. The side parking and an option if the top is crowded. The rooms were clean and well arranged. The breakfast paid the part was very good.
