Comfort luxury and cosiness

Pleasant stay with excellent hospitality. Friendly polite people. It is a boutique.hostel with a designed interior. The facilities are ample from restaurant to health area with well-functioning equipment to a roof terrace with spacious lounge possibility. It is a quiet area with good accessibility to the center part. An excellent location for peace, comfort and conviviality. The kitchen and restaurant are exclusive and well cared for.

Awful stay

Awful experience booked a single room , when arrived offered a mixed dorm. Eventually got given bed in female dorm. The booking definitely said Standard room. Cost £240 for five nights.
Room flooded due to inadequate drainage from shower. At 12 midnight cleaned up myself as unlikely to be a cleaner available, assured the next day would be sorted. It wasn’t and I removed hair from shower to alleviate issue( told cleaner can’t understand English, no excuse ! I have mobility issues awaiting left knee replacement next year, no thought given to me whatsoever.
Don’t trust this hotel to supply a single room as they do not honour the booking.

Everything was great, but the reception, lounge, and working area close at 23:00, so I wasn’t able to keep working. That was the only drawback.

Insufficient communication about pricing and customer service experience at Yust

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with Yust customer service. During our visit we were misinformed about the prices by an intern. This mistake was also admitted by herself afterwards.
The problem is that the total price was nowhere clearly stated on the map. We have relied entirely on the information given to us by the hotel and assumed that it was correct.
However, at the time of payment, the bill appeared to have risen to 80 euros for a brunch for two people. For students this is a considerable amount and not really affordable, especially considering the information we had received in advance.
Although the staff eventually acknowledged that a communication error had occurred, Yust refused to provide a refund or compensation. In addition, the responsibility was placed on us and the facts were partially denied, which we found to be very unfortunate and unprofessional.
This experience has reduced my confidence in Yust customer service. Clear and correct communication on prices is, in my view, essential to avoid such situations in the future.

Het spijt ons dat u uw bezoek op deze manier heeft ervaren. Na intern nazicht hebben wij vastgesteld dat de prijs van onze brunch al geruime tijd ongewijzigd is en heel gemakkelijk en transparant op onze website wordt vermeld.
Wij begrijpen dat er mogelijk een misverstand is ontstaan tijdens de bediening. De uiteindelijke rekening werd echter opgesteld volgens de geldende prijzen van de bestelde en geconsumeerde gerechten en dranken. Om die reden hebben wij geen terugbetaling kunnen voorzien.

I loved the aesthetic and comforting atmosphere of this hotel. Best Hostel I’ve ever stayed at, with fast working internet, and cleanliness that raises the bar. Loved it, staff could be nicer tho
