Great hotel Great location

Funky boutique hotel in great location. Nice private courtyard, comfy room & easy walk to Redfern Station & the South Eveleigh precinct.

Hotel with no room service

Avoid this hotel at all cost!
They did housekeeping for my room and did not provide any towels. When I got back at night, their receptionist had left and their remote contact support told me to check the cabinets on each level for spare towels. I went to each level but there was none left. I called their remote support again and it was absolutely ridiculous when they told me to figure out on my own if I wish to take a shower (without any towel) as there was nothing they could do.
Even their housekeeping was sub-standard. I stayed for more than a week, and most days there would be areas that they missed. For instance, there was one day when there was only a piece of tissue paper left in the tissue box. When I got back to the room that night, the last piece of tissue was still in the box but folded nicely just for the sake of presentation. I had to intentionally used that last piece and put the box in an obvious area in hope that the housekeeping would notice the box was empty and refill it.
Those consumables in the room were also not replaced with new ones until I specifically requested for them.

Fantastic!

Hoteloco is exceptional. Great location close to station, coffee, restaurants and bars. Room was large and spotless and the staff kind and welcoming.

Wonderful hotel

It was a very wonderful hotel! It's close to the nearest station and only one stop from Central, so access is great. There were probably famous coffee factories and gelato shops near the hotel, and it was a wonderful area. The staff were kind and they gladly accepted my luggage. I was able to spend my time beautifully and comfortably!
