Great place to stay

Great family run Hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, large comfortable rooms with enormous beds.
Great food, and beers oh and terrific breakfasts too!

Highly recommended

Our granddaughter ( 2 years old) was admitted to hospital with the R/S virus during our skiing holiday. She and her mum had to stay 4 days longer than our booked accommodation. So we stayed at Hotel Andrea together with our son and their youngest daughter.
Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful.
We can't thank the owner and her staff not enough for everything they did for us
We highly recommend anyone this accommodation.

Worst customer experience ever

What an incredibly bad experience with this hotel. After our son had a serious skiing accident last week, I booked this hotel for 4 nights on Friday to be able to visit him in the hospital. The next day I found out that due to a miscommunication, the rest of my family had booked into another hotel in Zams. Because it's all complicated enough, we wanted to sit together for the moral support. So on Saturday hotel Andrea cancelled. Hotel Andrea found it necessary to charge my credit card for the full 4 nights. Despite multiple emails and my offer to pay at least one night, they stick to their point of view. Never experienced anything like this, really 0.0 empathy.

Aus unserer Sicht war die Begebenheit so:
.Frau Nathalie hat am 27.02. für 4 Nächte ab dem 1.3. gebucht und am 28.02. "aus unvorhersehbaren Gründen" storniert. Ein anderes gebuchtes Hotel ist für mich KEIN unvorhersehbarer Grund. Der Gast hat sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht, sich telefonisch zu melden und mir die Situation zu erklären. Da hätte ich mich wahrscheinlich eh erweichen lassen. Dadurch, dass aber nur eine Anfrage per Kontaktformular kam, konnte ich die Hintergründe ja nicht wissen.
Ich glaube nicht, dass sie in dem Hotel wo sie nun untergebracht sind (und ich weiß wo), kostenlos stornieren hätten können mit einer Anfrage über ein Kontaktformular.
Gute Besserung ihrem Sohn.

Excellent

We cannot thank this hotel enough for the kindness and care we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and genuinely lovely. The room was spotless, modern, beautiful, and very spacious — a real comfort during a very difficult time. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of delicious food, and the restaurant downstairs serves the best pizza we’ve ever had.
A very special thank you to Andrea, the owner, who truly went above and beyond in every possible way. She patiently sorted out a booking mess we had made, chatted with us daily, and showed us such genuine care. We weren’t there on holiday — our son was a patient in a nearby hospital with serious injuries following a ski accident — and as a local, Andrea helped us find answers to countless questions when we were feeling lost and overwhelmed. Her support meant more to us than words can say.
“Above and beyond” doesn’t even begin to cover it. This hotel is not just beautiful and comfortable, it’s run by people with genuinely big hearts. We will always be grateful

Great little hotel close to the hospital

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Andrea couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel is a quick 10 minute walk to the hospital. There’s a wonderful restaurant attached to the hotel. We joked with some other guests that it was the best hospital hotel in zams.
