Fair, very good customer service

We had a credit note from 2024 (postponement due to bad weather), which could now be redeemed without any problems in 2025.
The requested room did not have separate mattresses despite confirmation, but we were then granted a lodge as a free upgrade.
Also noteworthy is the very good breakfast, a pity that there is no juicer anymore. Coffee and eggs are freshly prepared.

Very good cuisine very small portions

We went to the Fuxbau for lunch yesterday. Service and facilities were very good. The food was excellent from the presentation and taste. However, if you leave the restaurant hungry after a main course you are not satisfied.

Room at the Fuxbau Hotel

Expensive. Very small room, very poor. No fridge, no glasses - 2 microscopic cups and paid (!) coffee capsules. At our request, we were provided with 2 chairs, several plates and spoons. Breakfast in another building.
On the plus side - clean, nice bathroom and comfortable ski room.
Leaving the hotel on skis - fiction.

Creative interpretations of local delicacies

Creative interpretations of local delicacies, phenomenally presented and served in a friendly manner. We were delighted and enjoyed every bite. We had the 3-course menu and every single course delighted us. This was certainly not our last visit

Highly recommended.

I had a very nice stay. Great furnishings in the apartments. The view of the valley is great. The bread rolls that are optionally delivered also arrive on time.
All the staff, whether at reception, reception, massage or restaurant, are friendly.
