Best vacation rental EVER!
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen supplies, parking at the door, new modern decor, more than reasonably priced. Located near a Spar store for groceries, but most restaurants were not opened in June. We enjoyed our week stay with hiking, paragliding, e-bike rentals, eating at huttes, Wasserfall visits and kindling on dreary days. Anja was very helpful and suggested the larger unit when we arrived. Thank you so much. Our adult children didn't want to leave.
Only complaints: the Milders area had a lot of flies; and a broom/ clothes dryer rack/ shower curtains would have been convenient.

Negatives:
-We traveled there with 2 other families and stayed there for 11 nights during summer and rented 3 apartments. After our arrival we found out that the apartment we had booked (at the beginning of the year!) was given to some German family who booked it just a week before. So all of us got different apartments for different prices than what we had originally chosen. The owner was very rude and she was not very helpful.
-The accommodation was average. The duvets were terrible because some were very thin and some had tiny holes so the feathers were flying everywhere!
-Even though it was summer, it was quite cold also inside and they did not turn on the heating until the last day of our stay.
-There is free Wi-Fi connection but it is very weak and slow. Those of us who stayed at the 2nd floor had no connection at all.
-We were promised to be able to use the Wellness in the hotel Kindl which is only 3min of walking distance away but when we got there, we were told we cannot use it and we had to go to a different hotel (about 10min by CAR) where the wellness and spa was available to us for free.
Positives:
-when we asked the other owner whether we could borrow an electric heater, he was very helpful
-the kitchen is well equipped, although the dishwasher was little broken so it did not clean everything properly
-free parking
-room in the basement where we could keep our bikes for free

Nice house, very bad communication skills of the owner!!
We were staying here for one week in winter time (January 2013).
The apartments are quite ok, but unfortunately we had a very, very bad experience with the owner... She was literally screaming at me when I asked her questions about the house facilities, she was not accepting debit card payment and she even told me it is not her problem if I cannot get the cash from the machine, she told me I should borrow money if I have a cash limit per day at the cash machine...
NO restaurants nearby. You need a car to go to Neustift (it is not in the city of Neustift).
She is charging an extra fee of 30 Euro for cleaning the room even if our room was never cleaned during our one week stay.
NO soap, shampoo etc in the room.
I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place!!

Huge rooms/apartments, but ask for the renovated rooms!
We had 7 families rent out this place for Thanksgiving in 4 separate apartments. They gave us a 3 bedroom even though we booked a 2 bedroom (bonus!), but the upgrade got us in the older, not renovated rooms. The other families got the newer renovated apartments which were way nicer with flat screen TVs and renovated kitchens. Ours was older and the kitchenware was definitely sparse and beat up compared to the other apartments.
Overall, a very clean place, but bring your own toilet paper, soap, sponges, etc as they only provide bedding and towels. Oh, and they accept pets. But beware, as they only accept CASH...read the fine print when booking because I had to wire them money since I did not have that much cash on me to cover a 4 night stay.
Oh, and it is roughly 10 minutes to the ski lift from these apartments and a bit of a stroll to town on tiny roads with few sidewalks. But they do have free on-site parking.

Zentral gelegene, gut geführte Ferienwohnungen
Komplett ausgestattete geräumige Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zentral gelegen. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich um alle Wünsche und Fragen. Im gegenüber liegendem Hotel können Mahlzeiten dazu gebucht werden.
