Brutal behandling
Vi ankom den 27. juni og det var 38 grader , 102 Fahrenheit. De kunne ikke imødekomme vores anmodning om en Junior suite med AC, så vi bad om at betale for den nat og få en refusion for de næste 2 nætter.
Vi blev ikke der i en time, og de holdt alle tre nætter.
Jeg lader kun folk vide, hvis du kommer i sommeren ikke blive her det var 100 grader i vores værelse.
Og de er ligeglade. Du ville ikke efterlade din hund i en bil, der er så varm, men de tror, det er acceptabelt at sætte dig i et rum som det.

we are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
As explained upon your arrival, our historic building has only three rooms equipped with air conditioning due to the nature and structure of the property. Unfortunately, none of these rooms were available during your stay, so we were unable to accommodate your request for a Junior Suite with air conditioning.
Our hotel does not advertise air conditioning in all rooms. Instead, we are known for being a charming historic hotel with a unique atmosphere. To make our guests as comfortable as possible during warmer days, we provide a fan in every room.
We completely understand that the unusually high temperatures during your stay made you feel uncomfortable. However, the weather during those days was exceptionally hot for our region. In Germany, especially in historic buildings, air conditioning is still uncommon, and most hotels and private homes do not have it. People here generally live comfortably without air conditioning, and installing it throughout a listed historic building is unfortunately neither technically nor structurally feasible.
Regarding your early departure, you decided to leave the hotel shortly after check-in. As your reservation had been made for three nights and the rooms had been reserved exclusively for you, we were unfortunately unable to refund the remaining nights in accordance with our booking conditions.
We also feel that comparing a hotel room to leaving a dog in a hot car is not appropriate. While we understand that the heat was uncomfortable, a hotel room is not comparable to a closed vehicle exposed to direct sunlight. We nevertheless respect your decision to shorten your stay due to the exceptional weather conditions.
We regret that we could not meet your expectations and wish you all the best for your future travels.

Bare smuk.
Dette hotel er en absolut perle. Fantastisk beliggenhed inden for gåafstand fra byen, roligt og afslappet giver fantastisk service.
Bygningen er smukt præsenteret, og indretningen er omhyggelig, smagfuld og upåklageligt plejet.
Alle medarbejdere var opmærksomme, høflige og effektive, men Aschraf på receptionen er en absolut stjerne - hjælpsomme, sjove og altid på udkig efter forslag til din tid i München.
Morgenmaden var en fornøjelse.
Ærligt talt kan ikke anbefale dette hotel højt nok.

Meget dårlig service
God eftermiddag. For tre måneder siden, jeg bookede to værelser, anmoder om en med to senge, afhængigt af tilgængelighed. Ved ankomsten ved indtjekning blev jeg fortalt, at der ikke var værelser med to senge i hele hotellet. De var alle optaget. Efter at have booket tre måneder i forvejen, kunne de ikke engang give mig et værelse med to senge. Jeg synes, det er meget dårlig ledelse. Tak for din manglende bekymring. Jeg vil tage dette i betragtning og skrive negative anmeldelser af din service på sociale medier.
Ud over det faktum, at vi ankom klokken 9: 50 og der var stadig værelser til rådighed, vi ikke havde tid til at tjekke ind med de sidste gæster.

Sengen var meget lille 1,5 mands med dobbeltdyne så der var ikke komfortabelt at sove
