Magnificent experience!
Magnificent experience, super well-located place, the beach is clean and 1 minute from the hotel, the staff is very open and kind! There is just no restaurant, but everything is nearby and we received good recommendations from the staff!

Bad Customer Service
Customer service at this hotel has been absolutely disgraceful.
I contacted the hotel through the Booking.com app on three separate occasions to request a change of dates after my business partner became seriously ill. The first two requests were rejected, and the third was completely ignored.
I also called the hotel twice and was assured that somebody would call me back, but no one ever did. In total, we have sent six emails and still haven’t received a proper response.
It’s extremely disappointing when you spend over €600 of your hard-earned money for a three-night stay and the hotel cannot even offer the courtesy of returning a phone call or replying to emails.
Potential guests should be aware that if you need to amend your booking, you may struggle to get any communication whatsoever.
I have also raised the matter with Booking.com, but unfortunately their customer service has been equally disappointing, with no meaningful response received.
As it stands, we are €635 out of pocket with no resolution in sight.

It's a bed
Firstly it's not a family hotel,more like a business hotel.Premier inn but with sun..The roof top is lovely for adults .There are no balconies,terraces. It is definitely for adults....and 4 star....hmmmm maybe not...my room looked over dustbins.....the staff however are amazing...it's clean,next to beach and central for everything...if it's just an ok room and a bed ye want.

Room was really clean and modern. View was over some untidy residential apartments and they can look into the rooms, so felt had to keep curtains drawn.
Walls paper thin and really noisy neighbour who was extremely loud and you can hear everything! You can hear taps running and every part of conversation.
Nice deck on roof if not too busy but again very noisy and not very restful.
Pool tiny. Ok for the 1 night stay, but any longer would have been a struggle.
But like a Travelodge in the UK, would not rate a 4*
