WARNING: Flawed Booking System, Deceptive Staff, and Arrogant Management. Avoid Direct Booking!
Never book directly through their official website. There is a critical UI/UX flaw in their system. When I tried to book, the website completely hid the standard flexible options and only displayed the 'Non-refundable' option, forcing me to select it. It is a technical trap that forces customers into a rigid, non-refundable contract without a choice. (I have attached screenshots of this exact glitch where only 'Non Refundable' rates appear even after expanding the menu).
[Deceptive Staff Guidance]
Concerned about being locked into a Non-refundable rate due to their website glitch, I immediately contacted the hostel via WhatsApp before finalizing everything. The staff explicitly assured me, "The card is only for authorization; you can pay in cash upon arrival, so do not worry." This explicit promise was the only reason I proceeded with the booking. (See attached WhatsApp proof).
[Staff Confession vs. Arrogant Manager]
Upon arrival, they breached their word and automatically charged my card anyway. When I confronted them, the staff member (Julia) clearly admitted to her mistake on tape, apologizing for giving me wrong information. I securely hold the entire recorded conversation (Voice recording & English transcript).
However, the manager is now completely ignoring their official staff's verbal contract and the proven website glitch, hiding behind the "Non-refundable terms" that their own system forced me into.
[Conclusion]
I have 3 screen-recording videos proving the website's technical glitch and the audio file of the staff's confession. I am ready to provide these to any consumer protection authorities and will upload them to public video platforms if necessary. If you don't want to get trapped by a broken website and gaslit by an arrogant manager, AVOID THIS PLACE.

Bedbugs and extremely rude customer service!
This was one of the worst experiences of my life.
The check-in procedure was very complicated. Imagine arriving exhausted at midnight, completely drained, and being told: "Our system is rebooting, you'll have to wait 30 minutes."
I asked if I could pay in the morning because I was so tired — I was VERY RUDELY told NO.
I had to beg a very unpleasant girl at the reception to let me pay right away so I wouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes.
When I requested a bottom bunk, I was refused. The receptionist lied and said there were no bottom beds available — even though in my room all of them were free.
But the worst part was that there was no air conditioning in the room — it was extremely hot at night, no air to breathe.
And I was bitten all night by bedbugs. I woke up with a horrible allergic reaction.
The worst experience I've ever had. I don’t recommend this place.
Absolutely inappropriate communication, rudeness, and unsanitary conditions.
