Perfetto! The best hotel in Rome. Gratzi mille Marco.
The perfect location for walking to anywhere that matters in Rome. Complete privacy. Ultimate luxury. Outstanding value.

Everything was very good and the customer service was great. However, they should be a bit more transparent about how the “hotel” is presented. They need to be more specific that the hotel is actually a three-bedroom apartment adapted to receive guests in each room. It is literally located inside a residential building where other tenants live.
Aside from that, the stay was good.

Ideal location!
We have been travelling through Italy and chose here for Rome due to its location.
It’s perfectly located between the Trevi fountain and colosseum with each being 10/15 minutes walk away.
There is a shared space with basic amenities provided and then your own room to the side. The room was secure and spacious.
The building was noisy at times, but mainly during reasonable hours. We would have also liked fresh towels due to the length of our stay however not a big issue and I’m sure had we messaged to ask for them they would have been provided.
We would stay again, it’s been ideal for a city break.

This is not a hotel
We booked this place through a hotelsite. This is not a hotel. It's a room in an appartment building (where people live) that has cleaning service every day. That means there is no reception. All communication went through WhatsApp (not very professional).
We wanted to check-in pretty late (because of our flight), so the person who runs it checked us in via phone. That was not easy neither for them nor and for us. We had to wait 15 min outside the door (the neighbours already gave us some ugly looks. They we're not friendly at all). They did offer us the mini bar for free as a compensation.
The room is big and spacious. Old-fashion interior, but everyone has his taste. Not a lot of closet space: no shelves, only hangers and 3 tiny drawers. A lot of noise from the neighbours. Airconditioning was good, but was aimed at the bed. That means the ventilator blows on you during the night.
Bathroom was spacious as well. It had a rain shower, that i was really looking forward to using after an entire day in the Italian sun. Unfortunately, almost no water came out. There was a small hand shower (normally for cleaning) that i could use instead. Not very relaxing though. I had to hold it in my hand the entire time.
Hygiene was very good.
The amazing thing about this place was the location. Almost everything is reachable by foot.

So cozy and perfect location
We absolutely adored this small hotel. You’re a 10 minute walk from the colloseum and so close to amazing food options. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a great stay and our communication with the owner was great. We accidentally left our jackets and he was willing to ship it back to the US for us.
