Very satisfied
We found this structure excellent, as did Mrs. Ewa, very helpful and thoughtful. Easily accessible and located in a well-served area. We will definitely be back because we had a great time

I going to be back.
I visited Elion twice so far and I can sum it up as a great place to stay. Located in city centre, near metro station offers great conditions for reasonable price. The service is excellent and nice. Breakfasts taste great. And rooms with barhrooms are nice and clean. Another advantage is ice creams place 15 minutes walks with the best ice creams in the world (and cheap one too!:))

Safe, Friendly Place To Stay!
We stayed here 7-9 Oct 2011, a family of FOUR, with TWO KIDS, ages 5 and 2.
The POSITIVES:
1. The innkeeper EWA is a very friendly person who goes out of her way to try to help her guests. She (and her cat) are very nice.
2. The room we had was spacious and well-maintained... and the overall environment was warm and homely.
3. Transport was good. You are literally above Bologna subway station, which is a short ride to Termini, the central station.
4. The location was nice... there's a park right in front of you... and shops and restaurants nearby.
The NEGATIVES:
1. Even though the room was good overall, there was a problem with the window -- the window glass pane... which when opened, will open 90 degrees all the way... which means you can't keep it partly opened to let in a bit of fresh air... the danger was that I was sleeping in a bed next to this window... and in the middle of the night when you want a dose of fresh air, you risk hitting the glass pane if you wake up suddenly and if you are not conscious of the opened window pane in front of you.
I hope Ewa will attend to this problem with urgency, if it has not been done yet. To be fair, I did not report this problem to her.
2. Rome's metro is not baby-friendly. We had two small kids (and two strollers). So, we had a nightmare using the steps. But, I can't really offer you an alternative solution if you have little kids. Life may be easier if you select to stay in the Termini area... but, at the same time, this area has a slightly sleazy feel to it. I don't know... it could be my imagination...

Great location, safe and peaceful stay !!
Very convenient location !!! The area to me was quite as a female travelling alone even returning at night time, compare to staying at the Termini area. I had a good sleep as the area was really quiet and peaceful. I'm not a breakfast person so not much to comment but bread/muffins/coffee were all ready there. I experienced more than what i expected from room descriptions, highly recommended!!!

Exelent location
I was staying in this BB in September for 4 nights,renting 2 doublebed rooms. Both rooms were spacious and had full bathroom in each room. Delicious breakfast, owner of this place makes awesome capuccino. Very close to metro station, and few stops to train station. Nice park in front of the building. Overall exelent stay for the money spent.
