LOVELY

The property is very beautiful and clean. It is well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly. Cleaning and linen changes take place every two days. There are only two options for breakfast, both of which are decent. The view from the balconies is superb. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; the only downside I would note is the distance to the beach and the rather steep slope.

Breathtaking view

Complex immersed in greenery, not far from the center, quiet, a bit dated but functional, welcoming and always kind staff, clean and spacious rooms; I recommend having a means of transportation to reach the property as there is a very steep hill (even the scooter had difficulty).
Perhaps the breakfast needs to be reviewed; it is served, not buffet-style, and risks being a bit repetitive, but the view compensates for any shortcomings.

Actually, if he had some stars, I'd put them. The room was clean. The sheets smelled cleanliness! I don't exist. I mean for cleanliness.
The view is dreamy. You can see 3 beaches (1st bromolimno, 2nd colio, 3rd Agia Friday) with 5' distance and 10' for Kukunaries beach.
The pool is perfect for relaxation.
The hostess polite as well as all staff (the child at breakfast and the cleaners)
But my biggest weakness was ❤️ Max ❤️
What a sweet puppy.
Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality you gave us. We had a very nice time.
If I come back Skiathos I will come back to you!!!

A hidden gem

Getting Here:
Take the Bus to Koukanaries from the Airport and buy a ticket from the kiosk - €3. Get off at stop 15 and walk towards the supermarket then up the famous hill!. Taxi? €25.
Local Amenities:
Restaurants / Bars - several within 10 minutes walk.
Beach? Kolios Bay - 7 minutes walk with sun loungers. €25 for two people for the day. Posh ones €30.
Bus to Skiathos Port or Koukanaries - €2 every 10 minutes from stop 15. Airport €3.
Ferry day trip to Skopelos with SeaJets or Elisabet Cruises - budget €50 each return.
Top Tip - Have a day by the pool. It's so peaceful and the view is amazing.
We had a wonderful time here and although the room was basic, our balcony view was worth way more than what we paid overlooking Kolios bay and Evoia across the sea. The balcony was spacious and was most welcome in an evening for a mythos or two. The shower whilst basic was powerful and the room was absolutely spotless, which very efficient air conditioning, My only comment would be the pool could be a bit cleaner but the staff here were so lovely and the breakfast was basic but good!
I want to thank Argee and the Owner and all the staff here for making our stay so pleasurable. The only improvement I think it needs is a small funicular or cable car :) Walking that hill after a meal at Esurio or several Gyros and Cocktails in Skaithos Town was erm, testing :)

Other Greek island

Clean and well located, friendly and helpful staff. Great location to visit all the best beaches. The only flaw the pool would need some maintenance
