Great location, spacious room (not in the main building) and decent breakfast included, but a few things could be better.
No hot water on our last day so could not shower. Hot tub should be renamed warm tub…certainly not hot. No phone in room, no bathrobes and no elevator to 2nd floor in our building (room 604). TV a bit small given the large room.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located and great room rates.

Second time staying here, and loved everything. We stayed in the main building, our room was updated, beautiful and immaculate.
Lovely large bathroom , room had a/c but you could also open your windows to get a lovely breeze when it wasn’t to hot out .
There is a continental breakfast included , and there were many options to choose from , not just standard fruit and cereal .
Easy walk to both Ogunquit center , and Perkins cove. Trolley stop is right outside the hotel, which is also very convenient.
The wrap around porch had lots of seating and nice rocking chairs , great place to just lounge around, or enjoy the continental breakfast.
We will definitely be back, this is one of our favorite hotels in Ogunquit .
Staff was very friendly , can’t, wait to return .

Great location for exploring the beach and town along the Marginal Way

We booked a room in the main inn on the third floor with a partial ocean view. The loveseat sitting area gave you the ocean view. Comfortable king size bed and large walk in shower. The Inn sits out fresh baked cookies for guests in the afternoon ( first come first serve). A continental plus breakfast is available in the morning which is similar to what you would find at a Hampton Inn breakfast - nice, but nothing fancy. They do have ice and water available for you to refill your water bottles anytime during the day which is excellent!
We ate breakfast there once; however, we enjoyed walking to The greenery bakery for coffee and fresh baked scones and muffins.
The inn is a great location in the town. We could park in the inn’s parking lot and never needed the car again. We could walk about 15 minutes to shops and restaurants in the downtown area. We could walk along the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove. We could walk the other direction on the Marginal Way to the beach to spend the day.
We enjoyed getting up early to walk along the Marginal Way to find a bench overlooking the ocean to watch the sunrise. Then we walked to The Greenery Bakery for breakfast.
Maine was experiencing an excessive heatwave while we were there. Our rooms had AC and were comfortable; however, the common living area was very warm during the day and the sitting areas of the lovely porch was also quite warm.
We would definitely stay here again because the location was perfect for exploring the town and beach without having to drive and find parking which is a huge plus.

Clean room, beautiful property and pool, staff friendly and location is excellent. Will be back.
