First, when we arrive to the property, we could not get in contact with the owner and was locked outside for about 30 minutes. When we finally got in contact with the property and they let us in, we found out that it’s just one room and not an actual hotel. They didn’t mop the floors or wipe the countersand there are no towels. The blanket was a small airplane blanket that could barely be shared. One of the tenants was locked out of his room until 3 o’clock in the morning. The worst part about this stay was that the front door locked you in and locked people out. We were stuck in the house and was about to call 911 to let us out. This should not be an active listing. God forbid there was a fire. Very unsatisfied. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

Never stayed at this place. Upon arrival, I reached out to host. No answer. I never received any door /access codes in my confirmation email after payment to get into the unit, so I was stuck waiting in the street for 25mins before he finally came. The ad was very misleading, this was posted in the guise of a hotel, but it was really a Airbnb rental unit with shared spaces. Also, the room that he wanted me in wasn’t even prepared. The host left the building for 5-10mins and came back with a random balled up comforter that he put on the bed for me to use. I have no clue why the rental said it was available if it was not. I really do not believe he changed the sheets either. I asked for a refund and he refused even though I never stayed at the rental unit. I will be working towards getting my refund back. This was a rip off and I am highly disappointed that the host stated there was a hotel lobby with available concierge there to assist but it was nothing of the sort. A complete scam and I pray I get my money back on this beautiful unit that I didn’t even get to enjoy.

I make a reservation I pay it , but nobody open the door . Do not have front desk. It is FAKE SCAM... PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE HOTEL.... never

This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. I booked this property out of necessity after my flight was cancelled and I urgently required accommodation for the night. Upon arrival, I rang the doorbell multiple times and received absolutely no response. Another guest was also present, and we were both left standing outside with no communication or assistance whatsoever.
The situation became even more unacceptable when the weather deteriorated and it began snowing. Only after repeatedly attempting to make contact were we able to reach the owner, who then informed us that he could not accommodate us despite our reservations already being confirmed. This information should have been communicated before arrival, not after leaving paying guests stranded outside in unsafe conditions.
This level of negligence is indefensible. Leaving guests locked out, in poor weather, with confirmed bookings demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. The stress and urgency this created were entirely avoidable.
This property is unreliable and should not be trusted under any circumstances. I strongly caution others against booking here.
