The hotel is nice. It seems to be an apartment complex etc. But it clearly states that in the address and on the building but it was no bother. Parking is horrible, so make sure to use the hotel parking. Yes. You have to pay for it. Publix Supermarket is right around the corner.

Update May 2026: This company went through a bankruptcy sale. CozySuites acquired Habitat formally known as Roami out of bankruptcy.
9 months after staying there for only 1 night, I received a debt collection notice for the full amount (12 nights). We only stayed 1 night and they promised to refund it.
Read the negative reviews here and on Google. There was nothing positive about this place.
Original review — Sept 2025:
Local here. This was the worst rental experience I’ve had in Miami, and based on the other 1-star reviews, it looks like others have had similar issues.
We booked 12 nights while house hunting and left after 1 night because of the condition of the unit. The 1st unit was dirty — greasy surfaces, fingerprints, hair, crumbs, and what looked like pet urine on the floor. The 2nd unit smelled like mold. The 3rd unit was cleaner, but it wasn’t the unit we booked.
The next day, our original unit still hadn’t been cleaned properly. When we raised it, staff told us they were doing us a “courtesy” by cleaning it.
The internet didn’t work, and our experience with the staff was frustrating and dismissive. Roami / Habitat clearly has a very different standard for what’s acceptable.
The biggest issue for me was the refund process. They promised a full refund but never processed it. After my credit card company refunded the disputed charge, I later received a collection notice for the same amount.
Posting so others are aware. I wouldn’t stay with Roami / Habitat again.

Gave me the wrong room at first. Then the correct room had a different shower and bathroom than advertised. Bathroom had women hair on it and also shower look old and ran down. Also balcony was so small you can barely sit out there. What the point of a balcony room? Also, no house keeping at all you have to pay $50. Not a good experience def wouldn’t recommend.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, our suite was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was the pool hours were vague (dawn to dusk), so we missed the evening pool swim after we had dinner.

Really good location and to have 6 people there was lot of room, parking is 40$ a day but not a pain at all, which normally it is in Miami, we needed more towels and they were super responsive, with my group of friends we will definitely stay there again,
